How to Place a Wholesale Order :-

Step 1: Open Wholesale Page :-

✅ Click WHOLESALE from the top menu

Warning :- Do NOT Add Products From Category Menu :-

❌ Do not use CATEGORY / SPECIAL OFFERS menu to add products 

  • Do not add products from Category / Special Offers
  • These are retail products

⚠️ Orders added from retail categories may not qualify as wholesale.

 

 

Step 2: How to Select Products :-

✅ Use the left-side filter to shortlist items faster
Example filters:

  • Necklaces
  • Earrings
  • Bracelets
  • Anklets
  • Accessories
  • Pendant Set

⚠️ Add products only from the wholesale page

 

 

Step 3: Add to Cart :-

Click Add to Cart for selected items.

Minimum cart value for order: ₹3,000

⚠️ Add products from the wholesale collection only.

 

Step 4: Checkout :-

Proceed to checkout and complete payment.

✅ Minimum wholesale order value = ₹3000
✅ Prepaid only
❌ COD not available for wholesale orders

Wholesale orders must be placed only from our wholesale collection.
Orders created from retail products will not be treated as wholesale.

2. Minimum Order Value

  • Minimum wholesale order value: ₹3,000

  • Orders below this value are not accepted via the website

No exceptions here unless you contact us directly (see Point 7).

3. Payment Policy

  • Cash on Delivery (COD is NOT available) for wholesale orders

  • All wholesale orders are 100% prepaid

4. Order Placement Options

You can place a wholesale order in two ways:

  • Directly through the website (from wholesale products only)

  • By calling us if you need assistance or have a special requirement

5. Video Call Facility 

We provide video call support for wholesale buyers, but with rules:

  • You cannot directly video call us

  • First, shortlist the products you’re interested in

  • We then schedule a date & time for the video call

This system exists to save time on both sides and make product selection faster and more accurate.

6. Bulk Purchase for a Single Product (Below ₹3,000)

If you want to purchase one specific product in bulk but your cart value doesn’t reach ₹3,000:

  • You can still place the order by calling or emailing us

  • Website checkout rules won’t apply in this case

7. Wholesale Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for wholesale orders are calculated based on the total parcel weight, not order value.

Current shipping slabs:

  • 0g – 499g → ₹99
  • 500g – 999g → ₹159
  • 1000g – 1499g → ₹219
  • 1500g – 1999g → ₹259
  • 2000g – 2499g → ₹299
  • 2500g – 2999g → ₹339
  • 3000g – 3499g → ₹379
  • 3500g and above → ₹419

Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout for website orders.

For call/manual orders, shipping will be informed before payment confirmation.

8. Pricing & Tax Information

  • All wholesale product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of GST / applicable taxes.
  • No additional GST will be added at checkout (except shipping charges as per weight slab).
  • Shipping charges are calculated separately based on parcel weight.
  • GST amount will be mentioned separately on the invoice for accounting purposes.

Prices shown = final product price (tax included).

9. GST Invoice Requirement

If you require a GST invoice, you must provide your GST number while placing the order.

Please add your GST number in the “Order special instructions” box in the cart before checkout.

If GST details are not provided at the time of order placement, the invoice will be generated as per the details entered, and changes may not be possible later.

 

How to Add Your GST Number

Step 1: Add your selected products to the cart.
Step 2: Click/Tap the cart icon at the top right corner of the website.
Step 3: Click/Tap on “Order special instructions” at the bottom — this will open a text box.
Step 4: Enter your GST number clearly in that box before proceeding to checkout.

Make sure the GST number entered is correct and active.

 

Important GST Policy

  • The business name must match exactly with the name registered on the GST portal.
  • We verify GST details before generating the invoice.
  • No GST edits or corrections will be accepted after dispatch.

If incorrect GST details are provided, the invoice will be generated based on the submitted information, and we will not be responsible for later changes.
