1. Overview and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Digital Trendz Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Plot #19, Jadiyawadi Compound, Beside SAR Corporate Center, Udhana Main Road, Surat – 395002, Gujarat, India ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), and you ("User", "Customer", "Buyer", or "you").

The Company owns and operates the Aadita brand and the website www.aaditafashion.com ("Website"), which is hosted on the Shopify platform.

By accessing or using our Website, creating an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms together with our:

  • Privacy Policy

  • Shipping, Delivery & Order Fulfillment Policy

  • Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Any additional policies published on the Website

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Website.

2. Eligibility

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable Indian laws.

  • All information provided by you is true, accurate, and complete.

  • You will promptly update your information whenever required.

If you use the Website on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

4. Retail (B2C) and Wholesale (B2B)

The Website serves both retail (B2C) and wholesale (B2B) customers.

Retail Customers

  • Product prices displayed for retail customers are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated.

Wholesale Customers

  • Wholesale pricing is available only to eligible customers approved by the Company.

  • GST shall be charged as applicable.

  • Wholesale orders are subject to separate pricing, shipping, and payment terms.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for wholesale orders.

The Company reserves the right to approve, reject, modify, or revoke wholesale access at its sole discretion.

5. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, specifications, and availability are accurate.

However:

  • Colors may vary depending on screen settings.

  • Slight variations in finish, texture, size, or appearance are normal for fashion jewellery.

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

All Aadita products are fashion/artificial jewellery.

Natural wear, fading, tarnishing, scratches, plating wear, oxidation, or discoloration caused by:

  • Moisture

  • Sweat

  • Perfume

  • Cosmetics

  • Chemicals

  • Improper storage

  • Normal usage

shall not be considered manufacturing defects.

6. Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Although we strive for accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur.

We reserve the right to:

  • Correct pricing errors.

  • Cancel affected orders.

  • Refund payments where applicable.

Applicable GST shall be charged according to Indian tax laws.

7. Payment

Payments may be processed through authorized payment service providers including:

  • PayU

  • Razorpay

  • Other payment partners integrated with our Website

We do not store complete card details, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking credentials.

If a payment fails, remains pending, or is declined, the order may not be processed.

Any payment disputes shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the policies of the respective payment service provider.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available only for eligible retail orders up to ₹3,000.

  • A ₹99 non-refundable COD handling fee applies.

  • For selected orders, we may offer Partial COD, requiring a ₹99 non-refundable advance payment.

  • The remaining amount shall be payable upon delivery.

The Company reserves the sole right to:

  • Enable or disable COD.

  • Offer Partial COD.

  • Restrict payment methods.

  • Cancel orders requiring additional verification.

Repeated order refusals, failed deliveries, Return to Origin (RTO) shipments, abuse of payment options, or other operational concerns may result in:

  • Removal of COD eligibility.

  • Requirement for prepaid orders.

  • Cancellation of future orders.

  • Temporary or permanent account restrictions.

9. Promotions, Discounts & Coupon Codes

The Company may offer promotional campaigns, coupon codes, free gifts, loyalty benefits, discounts, cashback offers, or other promotional programs from time to time.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Offers cannot be combined.

  • Coupons cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Offers are valid only during the specified promotional period.

  • Free gifts are subject to availability.

  • Promotional offers may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn without prior notice.

The Company reserves the right to cancel orders where promotions have been misused or obtained through fraudulent means.

10. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not guarantee acceptance.

An order shall be deemed accepted only after confirmation by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to reject, modify, or cancel any order due to reasons including but not limited to:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Pricing errors.

  • Technical issues.

  • Payment failure.

  • Incorrect customer information.

  • Suspected fraud.

  • Abuse of promotional offers.

  • Excessive quantities purchased.

  • Non-serviceable delivery locations.

  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

Where payment has already been received for a cancelled order, an eligible refund shall be processed in accordance with our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping, dispatch, delivery timelines, shipping charges, Cash on Delivery (COD), Partial COD, Return to Origin (RTO), and other logistics-related matters shall be governed by our Shipping, Delivery & Order Fulfillment Policy, available on the Website.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, government restrictions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the order to the shipping address provided during checkout.

12. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

All requests relating to returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, or order cancellations shall be governed by our Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers must comply with all eligibility conditions, including submission of a valid unboxing video where required.

The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any claim based on its verification and inspection process.

All content available on this Website, including but not limited to:

  • Product photographs

  • Product descriptions

  • Videos

  • Graphics

  • Website design

  • Icons

is owned by or licensed to Digital Trendz Private Limited and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, published, distributed, sold, or commercially exploited without our prior written consent.

14. Third-Party Services

Our Website is hosted on Shopify.

We also use trusted third-party service providers including but not limited to:

  • PayU

  • Razorpay

  • Shiprocket

  • Fastrr Checkout by Shiprocket

  • Courier partners

  • Google Analytics

  • Google Ads

  • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

These services are operated independently.

We are not responsible for the policies, availability, functionality, or actions of third-party service providers.

Your use of such services may also be governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.

15. Electronic Communications

By using the Website or placing an order, you consent to receive communications from us through:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company disclaims all express or implied warranties, including warranties relating to:

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Surat, Gujarat.

22. Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping, Delivery & Order Fulfillment Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and any other policies published on the Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Website and purchase of products.

The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on the Website shall supersede all previous versions.
