1. OVERVIEW
This Shipping & Delivery Policy (“Policy”) governs the shipment, delivery, and logistics of orders placed with Aadita, a brand owned and operated by Digital Trendz Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Policy applies to both retail (B2C) and wholesale/bulk (B2B) orders placed through our official website www.aaditafashion.com or any authorized sales channel.
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available.
2. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We primarily use Shipyaari for order fulfillment across India.
However, if service is unavailable, delayed, or operationally unfeasible in a particular location, we reserve the right to use alternate courier or logistics partners at our sole discretion.
Customers do not have the option to select or request a specific courier partner.
3. SHIPPING CHARGES – RETAIL (B2C)
Shipping charges for retail customers are as follows:
- Orders from ₹0 to ₹399 → ₹45 shipping charge
- Orders of ₹400 and above → Free shipping
Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD is available only for orders up to ₹5,000
- COD Fee: ₹49(non-refundable)
The Company reserves the right to disable COD for:
- Certain locations
- Customers with high return or refusal history
- Orders flagged as high-risk or suspicious
4. SHIPPING CHARGES – WHOLESALE (B2B)
Shipping charges for wholesale orders are calculated based on order weight:
- 0g – 499g → ₹99
- 500g – 999g → ₹159
- 1000g – 1499g → ₹219
- 1500g – 1999g → ₹259
- 2000g – 2499g → ₹299
- 2500g – 2999g → ₹339
- 3000g – 3499g → ₹379
- 3500g and above → ₹419
Important Conditions:
- COD is NOT available for wholesale orders
- All wholesale orders must be prepaid
5. ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 working day, subject to product availability
In case of delays due to operational issues, high order volumes, or unforeseen circumstances, customers will be informed accordingly.
6. DELIVERY TIMELINES
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
Metro Cities: 2–4 business days
Non-Metro Cities: 4–7 business days
These timelines are indicative and may vary due to:
Courier partner delays
Weather conditions
Logistics disruptions
Remote location constraints
7. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
Tracking link (URL)
AWB number
Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment using the provided details.
8. DELIVERY CONDITIONS
Customers must ensure that:
Accurate shipping address and contact details are provided
Someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address
Courier partners will attempt delivery as per their standard procedures.
9. FAILED DELIVERY / RTO (RETURN TO ORIGIN)
Orders may be returned to us due to:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Customer unavailability
COD refusal
In such cases, the Company reserves the right to:
Cancel the order
Deduct applicable shipping and handling charges
Restrict or disable COD for future orders
Re-dispatch will be done only after:
Prepaid confirmation
Additional shipping charges (if applicable)
10. LIABILITY AND DELIVERY DELAYS
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, the Company shall not be held liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, including Shipyaari, or due to events beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon successful delivery of the product.
11. COD MISUSE AND FRAUD PREVENTION
To prevent misuse:
Multiple COD orders placed to bypass the ₹5,000 limit may be cancelled
Suspicious or high-risk orders may be rejected without prior notice
Repeated order refusal may result in:
COD restriction
Account blocking
All decisions in such cases shall be final.
12. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do not offer international shipping.
Orders placed with international delivery addresses will be cancelled and refunded (if prepaid).
