The pendant face features an open filigree scroll pattern radiating from a central oval ruby cabochon, with heart and vine motifs filling the lattice structure across the disc. A band of small champagne AD stones runs along the rim, defining the border with a consistent shimmer. The pendant has visible depth and volume similar to a coin form, distinguishing it from flat disc designs. A fine twisted curb-link gold chain connects the pendant to a pin-back hair hook clasp.
