This Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) governs the return, exchange, refund, and cancellation of products purchased from Aadita, a brand owned by Profuzon Marketing (“Aadita”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). It applies to all retail purchases made via Aadita’s official website, social media channels, or any other authorized point of sale.

By placing an order with Aadita, you (“Customer”, “you”) acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.


1. General Policy

Aadita conducts rigorous quality checks before dispatching any jewellery. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item, Aadita provides a 7-day return or exchange policy applicable only to defective or damaged products.
Returns or exchanges for any other reasons (such as change of mind, color preference, or size issues) will not be accepted.


2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For transparency and to verify damage claims:

  • You must record a continuous, unedited unboxing video of the sealed parcel from start to finish.
  • The video must clearly show the shipping label, entire unboxing process, and product condition as received.
  • Without a valid unboxing video, no return or exchange claim will be accepted or processed under any circumstances.

3. Return & Exchange Procedure

If a product is defective or damaged, follow these steps:

  1. Step 1 – Record an Unboxing Video:
    Record a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video immediately upon receiving your parcel.

  2. Step 2 – Raise a Claim:
    Send an email to care@aaditafashion.com within 7 days of delivery, mentioning:

    • Order ID
    • Attached unboxing video (or secure link)
    • Photographs showing the defect
    • Short description of the issue
  3. Step 3 – Review & Authorization:
    Aadita’s support team will review your claim within 2 business days. If approved, we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) with return instructions.

  4. Step 4 – Return & Inspection:
    Once we receive the returned item, Aadita will conduct a quality inspection.
    If the defect is confirmed, Aadita will:

    • Dispatch a replacement product, or
    • Issue a refund as per Section 5.

4. Conditions for Acceptance

A return or exchange is valid only if all the following are satisfied:

  • The product is confirmed defective or damaged upon delivery.
  • The claim is submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • A valid unboxing video is provided.
  • The item is returned in original condition with packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
  • The item has not been used, worn, altered, or tampered with.

Aadita reserves the right to reject any claim that does not comply with these conditions.


5. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes inspection.
  • Refunds will be initiated within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used during purchase.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details (Account Holder Name, Bank Name, Account Number, IFSC Code). Aadita is not responsible for delays due to incomplete or incorrect bank details.
  • If the payment gateway or bank delays crediting funds, Aadita will not be liable for such external processing delays.

6. Return Shipping

  • For confirmed defective or damaged items, Aadita will bear the return shipping cost or arrange a pickup.
  • Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage.
  • Aadita is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during shipment due to poor packaging or uninsured transport.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation by Customer:
    You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, Aadita will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

  • Order Cancellation by Aadita:
    Aadita reserves the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion due to stock unavailability, payment issues, fraudulent activity, or any other reason deemed necessary. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.


8. Inspection & Final Decision

All returned products are inspected by Aadita’s quality control team. The decision of Aadita regarding the condition, eligibility, and resolution of a return or refund shall be final and binding on the Customer.


9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Any dispute arising under or related to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat.
